At the very beginning of the project, the goal for Arrow R&D dept. was to design and develop an exhaust system with many features: aggressive, light, with excellent performance, a unique sound and style.
That was the mainframe for the Extreme exhaust: an aggressive and modern look, an expansion made with very thin metal sheets, assembled with manual welding and with a transparent, and finished with heat-proof transparent paint that emphasizes the manual, perfect welds.
Extreme silencer internal parts are made in stainless steel, the body is available in titanium, carbon fiber and aluminum (satin finish, white-painted or black-painted): the silencer makes the look of the exhaust even more “racing”. These features make the Extreme exhaust really light, with a weight saving between 40% and 50% respect the original silencer, with very good performance.
Depending on the model, Extreme exhausts are available in a street legal version, and, when needed, a variator rolls set is given in the fitting kit.
